Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager manages the warehouse operations under the direction of the VP of Operations. Responsibilities: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Operate heavy duty pallet jack, freight scales and other necessary equipment. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Effectively communicate to reLink corporate office regularly with progress reports and activity. Conduct employee reviews and disciplinary actions under guidance of reLink corporate office. Participate in the hiring process and training of new employees. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required) Proven work experience as a Project, Warehouse, or Operations Manager. 1 Year Microsoft Office - Proficient. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Leadership skills and ability to manage staff. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to push, pull, sit, stand, crouch, reach, and have visual acuity. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Warehouse environment – position requires standard warehouse equipment and supplies such as pallet jack, freight scale, etc. The worker is subject to both environmental conditions, activities occur inside and outside.
