Warehouse Manager (2-3 years experience required)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory, and assist with rug fabrication and product handling. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple warehouse responsibilities while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team. Key Responsibilities Perform rug fabrication, including cutting, measuring, and binding rugs. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot rug-binding equipment. Operate a forklift safely to move and organize warehouse materials. Load and unload incoming and outgoing products. Manage inventory, track stock levels, and maintain accurate records. Document completed work and warehouse activities. Drive a company van to deliver and pick up products as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist with daily warehouse operations and ensure products are handled properly. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, inventory, or production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain equipment. Forklift operating experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van. Must be able to successfully pass a background check. Work Schedule Full-time position. Typical start time: 7:00 AM.
