Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling to ensure seamless operations. Lead and motivate the staff, fostering a positive environment focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Coordinate logistics efforts to optimize warehouse distribution processes and ensure timely delivery of goods. maintain inventory for accurate stock tracking Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or similar environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, and materials handling procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment safely. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing manual tasks as required in warehouse settings.
