Warehouse Manager

FBA Warehouse Operations Manager Job Responsibilities： Fully oversee the daily operations of the FBA warehouse, including inbound receiving, put-away, packing, and outbound shipping processes. Manage team performance, develop work plans, and supervise execution efficiency. Optimize warehouse workflows to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Establish, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve staff productivity and order processing capability. Manage, train, and evaluate team members to build a highly efficient and professional operations team. Monitor and control warehouse operating costs, identify optimization opportunities, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Stay updated on FBA-related policy changes and ensure workflow consistency and compliance. Coordinate and manage international forwarding operations (returns, relabeling, reshipment, etc.), ensuring efficient communication with customers and overseas warehouses. Participate in warehouse planning and capacity layout to prepare for business growth and peak-season order volume. Job Requirements： At least 5 years of warehouse management experience , with strong familiarity with Amazon FBA policies and procedures ; experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers is preferred. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) , e-commerce order processing platforms, and labeling/printing tools. Strong organizational, coordination, team management, and data analysis skills; adept at cost control and process optimization. Practical experience in handling returns, relabeling, international parcel reshipment, and related workflows. Excellent communication skills, capable of effective coordination with internal teams and customers.
