Job Description HVAC Warehouse / Store Manager Starting Pay: $45,000-$50,000 (based on experience) Job Type : Full-time Work Location : In person We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Warehouse / Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our HVAC supply branch. This is a hands-on management position for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and is comfortable working alongside their team. The Store Manager is responsible for employees, customer service, inventory, warehouse operations, deliveries, counter sales, and the overall performance of the branch. Our business can be extremely fast paced, so the right candidate must be able to prioritize, make sound decisions, and keep the team organized under pressure. During slower periods, we expect the Store Manager to be proactive, improving processes, organizing the branch, training employees, and preparing for future business needs. Previous management experience is required. HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Branch Operations • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and counter-sales areas. • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient branch. • Coordinate employee schedules and daily workflow based on customer and business needs. • Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, staging, transfers, returns, and deliveries. • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed. • Continually identify ways to improve productivity, organization, and efficiency. Inventory Management • Maintain accurate inventory and minimize discrepancies. • Oversee receiving, put-away, transfers, returns, warranty items, and cycle counts. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. • Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible. • Work with purchasing and management to maintain appropriate product availability. Customer Service & Sales • Provide exceptional service to contractors, technicians, homeowners, and other customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. • Assist with product selection, availability, pricing, and order requirements. • Support counter sales and identify opportunities to grow branch sales. • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. • Lead by example in providing the level of service our customers expect. Leadership & Employee Development • Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees. • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance. • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary processes. • Provide employees with the training and support necessary to succeed. • Create a positive, professional, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Logistics & Deliveries • Coordinate daily delivery schedules to meet customer needs efficiently. • Ensure orders are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for delivery. • Address delivery, scheduling, and service issues promptly. • Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse resources are properly maintained. • Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, and other branches to ensure mater…
