Job Overview Impact Beverage is seeking an experienced, team-driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in the Cincinnati area. This role is critical to ensuring seamless fulfillment, internal material supply for production, and robust inventory management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about team development, fostering a strong culture, maintaining high safety standards, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. Work Location and Format: TBD: Greater Cincinnati Area Work Schedule: onsite, M-F ~9AM-5PM Reports To: Director of Supply Chain Benefits: · Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits · 401K retirement savings plan with up to 4% employer match, no vesting period (eligible after 6 months of employment) · Paid vacation and paid designated holidays · On-site Impact Food Hall with health-conscious lunch provided 3x per week · Wellness program benefit · Adoption/IVF/IUI assistance benefit · Childcare assistance benefit · Community service assistance benefit · And more+ Responsibilities: · Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple sites and teams (28 team members), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong safety-first culture. · Lead all aspects of fulfillment and internal material supply for production operations, ensuring on-time delivery and minimal disruption. · Develop and mentor warehouse teams, promoting a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment. · Support Inventory control processes, including driving cycle count completion and maintaining inventory transaction integrity. Drive WMS and/or ERP system usage and optimization; participate in future implementations and upgrades as needed. · Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. · Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key warehouse activities to ensure consistency, training, and compliance. · Collaborate closely with production, quality, procurement, and leadership teams to support business objectives. · Monitor and report on key operational metrics, recommending and implementing improvements where needed. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. · Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications : · 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably across multiple locations. · Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems is required; experience with system implementations is preferred. · Strong background in fulfillment, material supply for production, and inventory management. · Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. · Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. · Commitment to promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: · Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience. · Experience in manufacturing or production supply environments. · Certification in warehouse safety or OSHA training is a plus. · Experience in food or beverage warehousing is a plus.
