Warehouse Manager

Our client in Brampton is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager. They are seeking someone who has been employed as a Warehouse Manager with a distribution company. Location : Brampton, Ontario. 100% On Site Position Type : Full-time, Permanent Vacancy Status : This is an active vacancy Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 per year Shift : Days (8am - 5pm) Responsibilities Develop and maintain warehouse processes that support quality and safety standards Improve efficiency across all warehouse departments through strong workflow understanding and effective use of RF scanners. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, proper product receipt, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with the inventory team and management. Provide clear instruction, training, and ongoing feedback to supervisors and associates to ensure safety, quality, and operational consistency. Monitor and manage warehouse vehicles, equipment, and overall operational needs while identifying opportunities to reduce costs. Support hiring, team development, and required workplace training in partnership with management and HR. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Manager with a distribution company Experience managing a team of materials handlers and a warehouse supervisor Experience managing a team of at least 25 warehouse employees Experience with RF Scanners Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada Hiring Process & AI Disclosure Our company does not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this position.
