Warehouse Manager

Job Description Box Manufacturing and Distribution Company looking for a quality team member to join our growing organization Hours: Monday – Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm This position is responsible for handling the daily operations of our Mesa warehouse including receiving, inventory control, order fulfilment, shipping, and fleet supervision and scheduling. We are looking for someone with multiple years of warehouse management experience who can bring immediate value to the team with a high level of organization and consistency, while helping build out clearly defined processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and dependable customer service. Essential Functions: Ensure customer orders are properly pulled, inspected, and verified for outbound deliveries Wrap or otherwise secure finished product for impending delivery to customers Provide scheduling and assist drivers with route planning daily Unload and receive inbound product, tag, and stage in designated warehouse location(s) Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving and inspecting inventory Complete cycle counts and identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies Coordinate with purchasing regarding inventory shortages, damages, and receiving discrepancies Maintain organized inventory locations, clearly labeled products, and a clean facility Adhere to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations Qualities For Success: The perfect manager for this position is someone who is dependable, predictable, and has a natural problem solver’s mentality.
