Warehouse Management Trainee (Bilingual in Mandarin required)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Mandarin) Warehouse Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and process improvement. You will receive comprehensive training from our experienced Operations Manager to develop a thorough understanding of operational processes, with a structured development path toward future warehouse leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Learn and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and inventory management. Learn to operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports using Excel and warehouse management systems. Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, space utilization, and inventory accuracy. Participate in cross-functional training, warehouse job rotations, and operational improvement projects to develop practical knowledge of warehouse management. Develop leadership and problem-solving skills under the guidance of experienced warehouse managers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Follow warehouse safety procedures and standard operating procedures. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned Qualifications Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with WMS is an advantage. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and client. Ability to travel is needed for job rotations and supporting other sites. Willingness to learn warehouse operations and to work hands-on in daily warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills. High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
