Warehouse & Maintenance Worker

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: Based on Experience Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Warehouse & Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves a combination of warehouse organization, forklift operation, loading and unloading materials, general maintenance, and basic repairs. We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, and interested in a stable, long-term position. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport products. Assist customers with loading and unloading purchased materials. Receive deliveries and unload incoming shipping containers. Organize, label, and properly store warehouse inventory. Assist with inventory counts and keep track of incoming and outgoing products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Perform general warehouse maintenance and basic repairs to facilities, tools, and equipment. Identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues. Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently. Perform other warehouse and maintenance duties as needed. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse work, maintenance, or general repairs. Forklift operating experience required. Basic handyman skills and familiarity with common tools and equipment. Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, honest, and responsible. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
