cility and maintenance area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds
• Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, detect defective items, and make final adjustments on high-speed production equipment
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to perform accurate repairs
• Follow all work instructions and OSHA safety rules including proper use of PPE and safety equipment
• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Assist with administrative tasks including parts ordering, PO creation, vendor management, and attending job and project meetings
• Communicate and coordinate work with outside contractors, vendors, and property managers
• Work safely with chemicals and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives
• Maintain technical knowledge by actively participating in continuous training
• Travel to different locations and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience or 2-year technical degree required
• Intermediate technology skills including email, calendars, and computer tablets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work other shifts and weekends as needed and flexibility to work overtime
• Reliable transportation required
Pay & Schedule:
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
