Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year Position Type: Full-Time Dates: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Summary The Warehouse Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems to keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment checks. Maintain and repair conveyor systems, dock equipment, doors, lighting, and other warehouse systems. Assist with forklift and material-handling equipment maintenance as needed. Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area. Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures. Maintain maintenance records and document completed repairs. Work with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed. Communicate equipment issues and repair needs to management. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Requirements Previous warehouse, industrial, or maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment problems. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to perform preventative maintenance. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be reliable and safety-conscious. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on equipment as needed. Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
