Employees who show dedication and skill have a strong opportunity to advance with us. About the Role This is a mixed role covering warehouse operations, equipment maintenance support, and production. You'll work alongside our lead maintenance technician, helping with repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also handling day-to-day warehouse tasks. You'll also learn our production processes and assist the production team as needed. It's a great fit for someone mechanically inclined who wants to keep building their skills under an experienced tech. What You'll Do Assist the lead technician with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing warehouse and production equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors, sealing, filling, capping, and labeling machines) Carry out assigned preventive maintenance tasks and help keep maintenance logs up to date Help diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems, and report issues to the lead tech Track down parts, tools, and supplies, and keep the maintenance area organized Learn production processes and assist with production as needed Receive, stage, and organize inventory and supplies Help with packing and shipping during busy periods Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production work Some hands-on experience maintaining or repairing equipment Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools Takes direction well and works well as part of a small team Eager to learn and grow technical skills Reliable and detail-oriented: our products require accuracy and cleanliness Able to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for extended periods Nice to Have Forklift certification Basic electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting skills Experience with packaging or filling equipment Experience in a clean or controlled manufacturing environment Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and healthcare, effective after completing the probationary period Double time on holidays How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
