You will be loading and unloading freight manually all day in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. Core Responsibilities Manually load and unload 50+ pound boxes, containers, and trailers continuously throughout your shift. Perform heavy lifting, stacking, sorting, and palletizing of freight safely and efficiently. Maintain a rapid pace to meet strict daily production and unloading deadlines. Requirements: Extreme Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, push, pull, load, and unload 50+ pound boxes consistently for 8 to 10+ hours a day. Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse (hot in the summer, cold in the winter). Work Ethic: Must be a proven hard worker with a "can-do" attitude who thrives on physical labor. Reliability: Excellent attendance record is non-negotiable. You must have reliable transportation to ensure you hit your shifts. Experience: Prior warehouse loading/unloading, construction, landscaping, or lumper experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right physical drive and stamina.
