Mach10 SolutionsAbout the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in the seamless flow of production by managing the movement, kitting, and storage of essential components. You will ensure that the right materials reach the right destination at the right time, directly impacting our ability to meet production goals and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate the efficient movement of materials, including picking, kitting, receiving, and put-away tasks. Operate industrial trucks, power hoists, and other material handling equipment to transport goods safely. Accurately document all material transactions and movements using digital tracking systems. Prepare shipments by loading vehicles and securing cargo with bracing, strapping, or padding to prevent transit damage. Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness. Assemble crates and containers to protect finished products and components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support overall facility productivity. Cross-train across various logistics functions to support team flexibility and workflow continuity. Required Skills Minimum of 3 months of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy for data entry and system navigation. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting. Physical capability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating specialized material handling equipment such as reach trucks, turret trucks, or order pickers. Proficiency in utilizing scanners and warehouse management software for inventory transactions. Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex work orders accurately.
