Warehouse Logistics Manager

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Logistics Manager to take ownership of our facility’s daily warehouse operations, warehouse staff supervision, and inventory management. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands how to keep a warehouse running efficiently throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, picking, packing and shipping Assist Local Operations Manager to facilitate local dispatch schedule Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and shipping documentation Track all local, commercial, Atlas and military shipments Verify orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouse Organize and stage outgoing deliveries Work closely with GM, Local Operations Manager on a daily basis with regard to next day schedule Oversee warehouse staff Assist warehouse staff with permanent storage or SIT shipments. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse Maintain warehouse up to military standards Other duties as needed to keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For: 2–5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics or transportation experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with warehouse management and inventory Ability to work independently and make decisions throughout the day Strong attention to detail Reliable, dependable and willing to take ownership of the job Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust when priorities change Valid driver’s license and good driving record if local driving is occasionally required Physical Requirements Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures: hot in the summer months and cold during the winter months. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
