Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Overview The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator supports accurate inventory tracking and smooth warehouse operations, coordinating information across teams and helping address customer needs. Your impact: Accurate inventory records and clear cross-functional communication help warehouse teams coordinate work and customers receive reliable service. Responsibilities Support inventory management and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, inventory management systems, and ERP systems. Coordinate warehouse operations and share relevant updates with cross-functional teams. Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve inventory or logistics questions. Use Microsoft Office tools to organize information and support day-to-day coordination. Qualifications Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse operations, and inventory management systems. Ability to work with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems. Strong customer service and cross-functional communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented approach to tracking information and coordinating tasks.
