Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Location: Doral, FL Pay: $22.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Work Location: In person About the Role DABERGY, a growing IT hardware and services company in Doral, is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, is comfortable using computers and inventory systems, and enjoys keeping things organized. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small, established company. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory Verify received products against purchase orders and documentation Maintain accurate inventory and SKU-level records Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Coordinate domestic and international shipments Generate shipping documents, packing lists, invoices, and related paperwork Use FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and freight carrier systems Track incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Communicate shipment status and inventory availability with our sales and administrative teams Assist with RMAs, returns, and other warehouse-related tasks Help improve warehouse organization and operational processes What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience Reliable and punctual Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to multitask and prioritize English and Spanish proficiency Professional and team-oriented attitude Ability to safely lift and move warehouse inventory as required A Plus, But Not Required Experience with any of the following is helpful: IT hardware, electronics, servers, storage, or networking equipment International freight or export shipments FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight-forwarding platforms QuickBooks Zoho IQ Reseller or another ERP/inventory system EEI/AES export filings Dangerous goods documentation Training can be provided for company-specific systems and procedures.
