Job Overview

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimizing the flow of goods within our organization, seamlessly integrating inventory and logistics activities. Offloading incoming deliveries, accurately receiving supplies, managing inventory levels, and prepping and dispatching shipments of finished goods and samples will keep you on your toes each day at our Delta, BC facility.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Operate counterbalance and reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain inventory within an ERP system, ensuring real-time accuracy of stock levels and transactions
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and support audits
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) where applicable
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping and receiving operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid counterbalance forklift certification with proven operating experience
  • Experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment
  • Hands-on experience using an ERP or inventory management system, including inventory tracking and updates
  • Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and documentation, including customs paperwork
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required


Assets (Preferred Qualifications)

  • TDG and/or IMDG certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
