Warehouse Logistics Associate (with Admin Support)

Overview The Warehouse Logistics Associate (with Admin Support) helps keep warehouse distribution and order fulfillment accurate and moving smoothly. This role combines hands-on shipping, receiving, packaging, and order picking with administrative support using inventory and accounting systems. We’re looking for a reliable, organized team member who’s comfortable on the warehouse floor and at a desk. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments, checking them against purchase orders Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Conduct regular cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels Enter and update order, shipping, and inventory data in our system Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and basic documentation Respond to routine emails and coordinate with couriers and suppliers Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Help ensure products are handled, labelled, and shipped in line with applicable regulations Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role Basic administrative skills, including data entry, email, and organizing paperwork Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team Required: Basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to handle order picking, packaging, shipping and receiving, and load and unload tasks accurately. Big Asset Knowledge of nicotine vape products, including devices, pods, e-liquids, nicotine strengths, and popular brands Experience in vape retail, wholesale, or distribution Nice to Have Experience with QuickBooks accounting / inventory software. Forklift or pallet jack certification Experience with shipping platforms (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, Purolator) Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Casual dress Company events Extended health care On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person
