Overview We are looking for a dependable Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our team in Huntington Beach. This position involves hands-on warehouse work, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and coordination with suppliers and transportation companies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Duties Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Pick orders and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Sort, pack, and label products according to order requirements. Lift and move heavy items while following safe material-handling practices. Schedule pickups with trucking companies according to customer routing guidelines. Oversee and assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments. Verify received goods against purchase orders and packing lists. Complete and maintain receiving records, discrepancy reports, and shipment tracking reports. Experience At least 3 years of warehouse experience required. Associate degree required. Basic math skills and practical problem-solving ability. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail when handling orders, inventory, and shipping documents. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving heavy items. Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Golf or fishing experience is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
