Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders, managing inventory, and assisting with shipping and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while assisting with day-to-day logistics needs. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and supplies Assist with coordinating daily deliveries and outgoing shipments Work with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for delivery Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Track shipments and help resolve delivery discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Support general warehouse operations and other tasks as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping or inventory systems preferred Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
