Warehouse - Loading and Unloading

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse - Loading and Unloading professional to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring the safe handling of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across all activities. Duties Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes. Conduct manual handling of materials, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents. Organize and stock materials in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to support order fulfillment processes. Operate heavy equipment responsibly while adhering to OSHA safety regulations and safety protocol guidelines. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure inventory control accuracy and proper stock rotation. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, inventory management, and materials handling. Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, cherry picker, or crane preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
