Work with a team. Build your earning potential. Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders for our weekday day crew. This position offers a consistent four-day schedule and hands-on work moving packages safely through a busy warehouse. Your responsibilities Unload boxes by hand from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyors. Load packages into trailers, stacking freight securely and efficiently. Scan packages accurately with handheld scanners. Sort freight into designated cages and staging areas. Move package cages between assigned work areas. Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety and quality procedures. What you bring Availability Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds. Ability to perform sustained physical work throughout the shift. Attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to follow instructions. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. How compensation works Pay is based on trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour, with high-performing associates potentially earning $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings vary with productivity; the upper end is not a guaranteed hourly rate. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid time off.
