Warehouse Loader & Stocker / Put Wall – 4 Openings Long-Term Contract-to-Hire Opportunities We are currently hiring 4 Warehouse Associates for Loader and Stocker/Put Wall positions. These are full-time, Monday–Friday opportunities with the potential to convert to permanent employment. CURRENT OPENINGS 1 – Warehouse Loader Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or until trucks are fully loaded $22.00 per hour 1 – Stocker / Put Wall Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM $19.75 per hour 2 – Stocker / Put Wall Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM $19.75 per hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include: Stage products by trip number and store number as merchandise is received from packing and pulling areas. Use handheld electronic scanners/scan guns to accurately track products and inventory. Stock products in designated warehouse locations and/or work within the Put Wall operation. Stage products on pallets and shrink-wrap loads for shipment. Load products onto trucks according to store location and delivery requirements. Verify that the correct products are loaded onto the correct trucks. Operate manual pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment. Inspect trailers for suitability before loading. Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with additional warehouse, stocking, loading, and distribution-center duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of warehouse, stocking, or loading experience preferred. Stocking/loading experience using a handheld scanner or scan gun is highly preferred. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification is a Plus. Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and scanning-equipment skills. Ability to read and accurately identify product numbers and locations. Ability to follow instructions and successfully complete required training. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be able to: Stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Regularly bend, twist, squat, climb, push, pull, and reach. Work at a fast and consistent pace. Lift and move merchandise weighing approximately 50–60 pounds. Push/pull loads of up to 300 pounds with mechanical assistance, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and hydraulic equipment. Safely enter and exit trailers and use ramps when required. Steel-toed safety shoes/boots are required.
