Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Lead Technician to join our Los Vegas team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee rental operations, support our event and film/TV clients, and help ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate rental operations for Special Events and Film/TV projects throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Collaborate with the sales team to manage rental activities and inventory needs Fulfill outbound and inbound rental orders: pick, pack, ship, stock, and restock equipment Maintain and track rental equipment inventory, ensuring high standards of quality control Recruit, schedule, and supervise independent contractors for events and film/TV projects Prepare and maintain bi-weekly payroll reports for the Las Vegas branch Oversee Las Vegas branch fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring safety compliance Provide support to other departments and staff as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in the Film/TV industry (required) Experience in rental warehouse or shop operations is a plus Knowledge of electrical/lighting concepts is a bonus Strong organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive) Comfortable with basic warehouse operations: loading/unloading, forklift operation, packing, and shipping Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods High school diploma or GED (required) Valid driver's license (required); must be willing to submit to a background check Must be based in the Las Vegas area and able to commute daily Benefits: Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off, holidays, and vacation Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday Ready to Join?
