This role is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of customer requests for orders, receipts, inventory control, and production of products according to established procedures, following and enforcing all safety protocols and workplace policies. Key Responsibilities: Loading and shipping of various products Direct daily activities and train new hires Maintaining inventory of on-site products Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory Maintain a clean, organized workplace by implementing daily housekeeping habits Communicating maintenance of facilities and equipment to proper authorities Communicate and enforce policies and processes Clear and efficient communication of daily activities to team and Site Manager/Supervisor Data entry, when required Deal with customers and suppliers Complete production reports & production audits, when required Spill team, first aid, and key holder responsibilities Receiving and put away Other related duties as required or assigned Required Knowledge and Skills: Minimum 2 years of counterbalance forklift experience required Minimum 1 year of order picking experience required Minimum 1 year of warehousing experience required Minimum 1 year of leadership experience required Working at heights and order picker certifications required Basic WMS, TMS, and Scanner knowledge is an asset Demonstrate good organizational and data entry skills Knows how to work safely Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Possess mechanical skills Able to follow instructions from Supervisor Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving processes and procedures Strong communication skills needed to communicate effectively with CSR, Driver and Warehouse teams Strong understanding of policies and procedures Good understanding of safe work practices Able to identify hazards and work towards rectifying them Excellent problem-solving skills Working Conditions: Able to lift at least 50lbs Manual dexterity required to work on or under railcars and tankers Able to identify any health and safety issues Ability to work outside in any weather conditions Fast-paced warehouse environment Overtime as required Our Commitment: Future Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
