Warehouse Lead & Fulfillment Associate

Salary: $20 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: 5 days per week plus overtime when needed Location: Federalsburg, MD Job Summary Rebel Bro is a fast-growing children’s apparel and lifestyle brand seeking a Warehouse Lead & Fulfillment Associate to oversee daily fulfillment operations and serve as the trusted on-site leader within our warehouse. This role combines hands-on fulfillment work with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to grow with a scaling e-commerce brand. Key Responsibilities Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify Pick, pack, and ship customer orders on a daily basis Manage incoming inventory shipments and verify accuracy Maintain precise inventory counts within Shopify Lead daily warehouse workflow and support fulfillment staff Assist with onboarding and training new warehouse employees Manage returns and order claims alongside Customer Service Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Communicate regularly with Rebel Bro leadership regarding operations, inventory, and issues Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable leading others and taking ownership of operations Clear and professional communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Shopify experience preferred (but not required) Requirements Background check required Drug Test Why Join Rebel Bro long-term growth potential Trusted leadership role within a growing brand Opportunity to advance as the company scales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Federalsburg, MD 21632 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Federalsburg, MD 21632: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
