Warehouse Lead

Job Overview Aurmina is a small, growing company that makes and ships an aqueous volcanic mineral water purifier (Arumina.com) and a volcanic mineral water conditioner for agriculture (Primorabio.com) directly to customers. We're hiring a warehouse lead associate to step into this newly vacant role, run the operation today, and become a senior team member as we grow. What you'll do Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time Fill, cap, seal and label bottled product using our filling, induction-sealing and labeling equipment (we'll train you) Track inventory, count stock and flag low supplies before they run out Receive deliveries and keep supplies organized Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organized As we add staff, train new team members and help hire them What we're looking for Able to start work upon hiring Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your own Detail-oriented, because accuracy matters in both shipping and bottling Strong organizational skills with good follow-through Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or basic shipping/ordering software Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Warehouse, shipping, production or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Leadership or training experience is a bonus Schedule and pay At least 20 hours a week, about 4 hours a day, roughly 11 AM–3 PM, Monday–Friday, with Saturday shifts during sales events (5-6 per year). $25/hour More hours and a leadership role with a pay raise are expected as the company and staff grow Why join us: You'll be in on the ground floor of a growing company and help shape how the warehouse runs.
