Warehouse Lead

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Warehouse Associates in daily warehouse and distribution activities. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational requirements with department managers. Train production and warehouse personnel on inventory transactions, cycle counts, and warehouse processes. Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve shipment discrepancies. Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes to improve inventory accuracy. What You'll Bring to the Team Participate in physical inventories and inventory preparation activities. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), ISO, and company requirements. Maintain safety and 5S standards throughout the distribution center. Lead by example while promoting company values, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Perform cycle counts, order picking, and other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution experience. Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred. Forklift certification or experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. Skills & Requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of flexibility, accountability, and commitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed. Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
