Role Overview: Warehouse Associate (2025-1175) Role Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring materials are purchased, received, staged and managed efficiently. You’ll support our field technicians by handling calls, verifying warranties, and keeping inventory accurate and organized.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving on the fly and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this role is a perfect fit for you. What You Bring You’re comfortable working in various weather conditions and adapting to different environments. You have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and can travel to support field operations as needed. You multitask effectively, working independently or as part of a team to get things done. You communicate clearly and stay organized, following through on tasks with precision. You are self-motivated, reliable, and flexible, bringing a positive attitude to every challenge. You are task-oriented and dependable, supporting field operations and keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities You receive calls from technicians, vendors, and employees and make outbound calls to support field operations. You verify warranty coverage, order parts, and confirm pricing with vendors to keep jobs on track. Purchasing and managing materials and equipment, you ensure technicians have what they need when they need it. You maintain accurate inventory levels, restock, and stage materials for technicians and departments. You are flexible and assist with satellite warehouse operations as needed. Pick up or deliver equipment and materials, supporting projects and your field teams. You keep the warehouse, building, and fleet vehicles clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. You assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly. You follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules, as well as applicable state and federal regulations. You provide excellent internal customer service, supporting technicians and staff with a positive attitude. You take on additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager to help the team succeed.
