Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste using lean management principles Coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and accurate movement of goods Oversee inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems Lead a team of warehouse staff by providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet productivity goals Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize distribution center operations and improve delivery timelines Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related role English-Chinese bilingual candidates are required Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse operations Skilled in inventory management systems, including WMS and RF scanners for real-time tracking and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently; forklift certification is preferred Strong team management skills with excellent managerial communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of lean management techniques to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency Familiarity with OSHA regulations, shipping & receiving procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and materials handling best practices This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead a team while driving operational excellence.
