Warehouse Lead Associate

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse running efficiently, can work well with others, and is willing to take initiative and responsibility. Help coordinate daily warehouse activities and keep work moving efficiently. Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory control, and warehouse organization. Monitor inventory accuracy and help investigate discrepancies. Ensure products are handled, stored, and tracked properly. Help direct and support warehouse employees and maintain accountability for assigned tasks. Identify problems, take initiative, and follow through on solutions. Communicate effectively with management and other departments. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Leadership or team lead experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and follow through without constant supervision. Comfortable working in a hands-on role while helping guide other employees. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory systems. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
