Warehouse Lead Associate

Overview The Warehouse Lead Associate supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining inventory, and helping ensure work is organized and accurate. Your impact: Clear team communication and reliable inventory management help colleagues locate and handle stock efficiently. Duties Provide day-to-day team leadership and communicate priorities, updates, and operational needs to warehouse staff and managers. Support warehouse operations and management, helping coordinate workflows and address routine issues. Maintain inventory records and assist with tracking stock. Use the warehouse management system and Microsoft Office tools to support operational and inventory tasks. Requirements Experience or demonstrated ability in team leadership, warehouse operations, or warehouse management. Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse management systems. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and managers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
