Warehouse Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient distribution processes, and lead a team of warehouse associates. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate inventory management, optimize logistics workflows, and uphold safety standards to support seamless supply chain activities. Your leadership will drive process improvements, foster team collaboration, and maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and picking operations. Lead warehouse staff, providing clear guidance to foster a high-performance team. Oversee inventory management systems and utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels accurately as well as audit outbound pallets picked by internal team. Operate or supervise the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively in compliance with OSHA standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or related logistics roles. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory management software. Excellent team leadership abilities with effective managerial communication skills. Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and walkie rider operations Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and DSD logistics solutions.
