Warehouse Lead

The Role As a Warehouse Lead, you'll run your area of the floor, develop a team of 5 associates, and lead the operation when the Site Lead is out. If you have warehouse experience, have led a team, and want real responsibility with a path to Supervisor, this role is for you. What You'll Do Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5 associates and temps Run daily operations in receiving, replenishment, inventory, pick/pack, or value-added services Hit productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping targets using warehouse KPIs Use our WMS to manage inventory flow and keep accurate records Solve bottlenecks in real time by moving labor and reprioritizing work to keep orders moving Enforce safety procedures and make sure equipment is inspected and safe Communicate policies clearly and apply them consistently, including corrective action when needed Report stock levels, issues, and team performance to management, with the problem and a proposed fix Train new associates to Brandfox standards What You Need 1+ year in a leadership role (required) 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL experience (required) Comfortable with a WMS, RF scanners, and Excel/Google Sheets Strong organization and attention to detail Clear, direct communicator Available for overtime as needed Forklift certification is a plus Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Bend, reach, and lift below the waist and overhead Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift How We Work: The Brandfox Principles God Honoring : 1 Corinthians 10:31 Deliver Results : We finish what we start and land what we launch.
