Warehouse Lead

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Warehouse Lead. The role is responsible for oversight of material handling & storage, inbound product verification and out bound shipping of finished goods and mail. The position is accountable for inventory accuracy and to ensure a clean, well-maintained & safe work warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities : Warehouse Operations : · Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials. · Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as needed. · Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. · Use and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. · Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. · Prepare outbound mail for USPS. · Operate company truck or van for pickups and deliveries. · Stage material for print and mail production. · Assist on fulfillment projects. Qualifications : · Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or facilities management. · Familiarity with inventory management systems and modern warehousing practices. · Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair tasks. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. · Forklift certification (preferred). · Print and mail experience a plus. Work Environment : This role involves both physical labor in the warehouse and safe operation of company vehicles. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
