Warehouse Lead

Jack Winn Pro is a fast-paced company in the professional haircare industry. Our Italian-made hair color line launched eleven years ago, and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and scrappy individual to join us in continuing to grow the community of dedicated hair stylists that use our products. The right person is geared towards improving the warehouse efficiency of this fast growing company. Position Responsibilities Arrive before the rest of the warehouse team to get the warehouse prepped/ready for the day Lead our warehouse team to meet daily fulfillment goals by encouraging and coaching team members. Picking, packing, and shipping out customer orders Display a consistent positive attitude during high volume/heavier workload days Receive and count inventory shipments coming in Prepare/pack pallets to be shipped out Weekly rotating physical inventory count Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Communicate any observations or ideas for improvement to supervisor Act as a role model in safety and compliance Minimum Requirements Ability to multi-task Extremely detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy Proficiency with excel/Google suite and any shipping software Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members. 2 to 4 years of warehouse experience.
