Warehouse Lead

Baer Heating and Cooling, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our general warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day warehouse responsibilities, including inventory control, overall logistics and more. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to implement process improvements. Responsibilities Implement and maintain best practices across all daily warehouse operations. Collaborate with project managers to forecast demand and plan for upcoming project needs. Oversee the accurate receipt, inspection, location, and stocking of material and equipment. Oversee inventory management, including inspecting and stocking material, equipment, and tools. Manage check-in and inventory log processes for all incoming material and equipment. Maintain and organize all job tools and project equipment, implementing an inventory dispatch process. Operate forklifts and other machinery to load, unload, move, stack, and organize material and equipment safely and efficiently. Verify that all job material/equipment is staged and ready for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization by clearing debris and sweeping as needed. Perform additional tasks as required to meet workload demands. Monday - Friday schedule Hourly based position. Pay based on Experience To learn more, apply today!
