Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead: Solutions Pest & Lawn, Wilton, IA Solutions Pest & Lawn is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to run our Wilton, Iowa facility. This is a working role covering warehouse operations, product bottling, and care of the building and property. If you like variety, take ownership, and can fix a problem as well as ship an order, this job is for you. What You'll Do Warehouse Lead daily work while pitching in on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping Assign tasks, set priorities, and keep the team on track to hit metrics and deadlines Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and by researching/fixing discrepancies quickly Store, label, and handle products, including pest control and lawn care chemicals, safely and by the rules Bottling Run and help run bottling and filling operations Set up, clean, and do basic upkeep on bottling equipment Check fill levels, labels, and seals for quality Keep bottling supplies (bottles, caps, labels) stocked Property Management Take care of the building, grounds, and equipment, inside and out Handle routine maintenance and repairs, and schedule outside contractors when needed Manage snow removal, lawn care, and general upkeep of the property Oversee building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, doors, security) and report or fix problems Keep the facility clean, safe, and inspection-ready Team Train new team members and coach the current team Keep management updated on stock, equipment, staffing, and facility needs What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least some time in a lead or supervisor role Hands-on experience in one or more of these areas: Electrical: troubleshooting and basic repair of wiring, motors, controls, and lighting Mechanical: maintaining and repairing equipment, pumps, conveyors, and building systems Chemical: handling, mixing, or bottling chemicals safely and following SDS and labeling rules Forklift experience (certification a plus, or willingness to get certified) Bottling, filling, or production line experience is a plus Comfortable with inventory software and basic computer tools Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with little day-to-day oversight Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle outdoor work in all seasons Valid driver's license Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
