Warehouse Lead

Moveras is seeking a Core Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily receiving, inspection, identification, and inventory tracking of transmission cores within our Phoenix facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines warehouse operations, inventory control, and data management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example on the warehouse floor while helping ensure inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and adherence to company processes. Key Responsibilities Lead daily receiving and processing of incoming transmission cores Inspect and identify transmission units for accurate inventory classification Enter and maintain inventory records within the ERP system Verify data accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor workflow and help prioritize daily warehouse activities Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Review and correct data entry errors as needed Respond to inventory and data-related inquiries Support warehouse team members and assist with training as needed Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience required Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong inventory control and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and ERP software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Why Join Moveras?
