Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure process efficiency, and lead our team towards excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage logistics, inventory control, and team leadership within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing warehouse functions and fostering a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction and managerial communication to ensure high performance. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners, ensuring safety and efficiency. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse operations. Coordinate logistics for e-commerce orders, 3PL providers, and distribution center activities to meet delivery deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or as a warehouse supervisor within a distribution or logistics setting. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office tools. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as lean management is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and shipping & receiving procedures is essential.
