Warehouse Lead

A1 Trading LLC, a food packaging wholesale company in Honolulu, is looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Pick and prepare customer orders accurately Check all outgoing orders to prevent shortages and mistakes Maintain accurate inventory records Organize warehouse locations and keep the warehouse clean Conduct regular inventory counts Coordinate loading and unloading of containers and deliveries Assist with loading and moving cartons when needed Coordinate with drivers and other warehouse staff Report inventory shortages or discrepancies to management Handle basic warehouse paperwork and computer records Requirements: Warehouse experience preferred Warehouse lead or inventory experience is a plus Responsible, organized, and dependable Basic computer skills Able to lift and move cartons as required Able to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer: $18–$23/hour based on experience Stable position (full-time or part-time available) Long-term employment opportunity Opportunity to grow with the company We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, maintain accurate inventory, and make sure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
