Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage distribution operations at a facility. Responsibilities Include Training warehouse associates on duties, equipment safety, and standard procedures Overseeing order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, returns, and shipping using RF devices Providing daily guidance and coordinating workflow efficiencies among staff Managing inventory levels and operating motorized equipment for inventory movement Assisting with supervision tasks such as work assignments, staffing, and addressing associate concerns Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least two years of relevant work experience Proficiency with reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and picker machines Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to read English, understand product info, and perform basic math Basic computer skills and ability to work independently Flexibility to work overtime and participate in physical inventory Compensation: $23.55 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential
