Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

 Key Benefits: 

• Hourly Starting Wage: $25
• Shift Hours: 2nd shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm Mon-Fri; Ability to train on 1st shift. 
• Full-time position, with benefits package (medical, dental and vision insurance)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
• Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
• Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
• Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
• Coach associates in the warehouse on performance, work with management if discipline is necessary
• Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
• Address any associate conflicts, complaints or concerns within a timely manner, involving management and or/HR as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. 
• Leadership experience is preferred. 
• Attention to detial and high sense of urgency. 
• Project management skills. 
• Knowledge with microsoft office systems.
