The Warehouse Lead plays an essential role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse organization, receiving and unloading incoming shipments, and ensuring products are properly handled, stored, and prepared for delivery. Shipments may include hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, water care products, accessories, and other inventory. A key responsibility of this position is coordinating with the delivery team to ensure all scheduled deliveries are properly prepared in advance. This includes locating and staging hot tubs and other products, preparing necessary accessories and materials, and ensuring everything is ready for the delivery crew to safely and efficiently load onto their trailers. The Warehouse Lead is also responsible for maintaining inventory levels in our retail showroom and sales areas by bringing products and supplies up from the warehouse as needed. Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently is essential to the success of this role. Safety, organization, and teamwork are top priorities. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day while helping support the needs of the entire company. This position works closely with management, sales, service, and delivery personnel to ensure daily operations run efficiently. As a Warehouse Lead, you are expected to demonstrate leadership, take ownership of warehouse responsibilities, and serve as a positive ambassador for Arizona Hot Tub Company in all your interactions. Yes, we have a hot tub program for at-home use! :) Position Summary & Qualifications We provide on-the-job training for our Warehouse Lead and do not expect any one candidate to have prior experience in every aspect of this position. Hard work, a great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a team-first mentality are what matter most. With that said, our ideal candidate will possess as many of the following qualifications as possible: Maintain a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Arrive on time, with a scheduled start time of 7:00 AM. End times may vary. Ability to lift 100+ pounds throughout the day. Be agile and quick on your feet in changing situations. Maintain awareness of surroundings and potential safety hazards. Recognize potential hazards to products, equipment, and property and take appropriate precautions. Moderate knowledge and experience using hand and power tools. Basic understanding of hot tub plumbing and electrical components is preferred. Ability to operate a pickup truck with an attached trailer. Training provided.
