Warehouse Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team at our pallet recycling facility. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves sorting, repairing, dismantling, and recycling wooden pallets. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty! Job Responsibilities Sorting and inspecting used wooden pallets. Repairing and dismantling damaged pallets using hand and power tools. Stacking, organizing, and moving pallets throughout the yard and warehouse. Removing damaged boards and preparing materials for recycling. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assisting with other general labour duties as required. Following all company safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly. Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with hand tools, power tools, or general labour is an asset. Previous experience in pallet recycling, construction, or warehouse work is an asset but not required. Willingness to learn and take direction. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, has a positive attitude, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. Reliability and a strong work ethic are just as important to us as previous experience. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
