Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Laborer and become an essential part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement, handling, and management of inventory within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Safely operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials. Assist with inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management software accurately. Handle materials manually with proper techniques to ensure safety during heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Prepare items for shipping and receiving by packing products securely and verifying order accuracy through picking & packing procedures. Support warehouse operations by organizing stock areas, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA standards, and following safety protocol adherence. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize logistics workflows and improve overall warehouse distribution efficiency. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts demonstrates mechanical knowledge and technical proficiency. Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA standards) related to warehouse operations ensures a safe working environment for all team members. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing accuracy. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles can be beneficial but is not required; we welcome candidates with warehouse experience looking to grow into supervisory positions.
