Warehouse Laborer

Overview Down to Earth Botanicals is an online vendor of premium botanical products Duties Assist with loading and unloading shipments of products and materials (must be able to lift 50 lbs) Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Label product, package and seal product in a vacuum sealing machine Maintain inventory control through accurate stock counts and updates using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) Support warehouse management in organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper placement of materials for easy access Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety regulations during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Desired Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management software (e.g., AS400), and warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy materials regularly Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment techniques Familiarity with safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper use of PPE Technical proficiency in operating material handling equipment and inventory control systems Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
