Warehouse Labeling Associate Location: Ontario, CA Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Industry: 3PL / Logistics / E-commerce Fulfillment Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 About the Company We are a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment company operating multiple warehouse locations across the United States. As our warehouse operations continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Labeling Associate to support daily labeling, inventory verification, and warehouse operations at our Ontario, California location. Position Summary The Warehouse Labeling Associate will be responsible for accurately labeling products, verifying product information, and maintaining labeling quality and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse labeling experience, is familiar with PDA/RF scanning devices, and has strong attention to detail and basic English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Product Labeling & Quality Control Accurately apply product labels, barcodes, SKU labels, and shipping labels according to warehouse requirements. Verify product information, SKUs, quantities, and labeling accuracy. Inspect labeled products to ensure quality and consistency. Identify and report incorrect labels, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies. Organize and prepare labeled products for storage or further warehouse processing. Inventory & Warehouse Support Use PDA/RF scanners to scan, verify, and update product information. Maintain accurate labeling and inventory records. Assist with product sorting, organization, and related warehouse tasks. Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding labeling issues or work instructions. Qualifications Previous warehouse labeling or related experience is required. Experience using PDA/RF scanners is required. Basic English communication skills are required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in 3PL, logistics, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment. Experience with barcode labeling, SKU verification, and inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience working with labeling accuracy and quality control procedures. Compensation $18.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
